Lazy eye is also known as Amblyopia. Sight in which the brain doesn’t stimulate inputs from one eye and overtime the other one. It results in decreased vision in an eye and typically appears normal. Amblyopia is the most common disease where results the vision in a single eye in children and younger adults. It can be seen in children at the age of five. Rarely 1-5% of the population get affected by lazy eye. Effect of lazy eye is more in children than adults. Parents couldn’t recognize this lazy eye at initial time and promptly treated, reduced vision can be avoided.
